About us
We are building a new mineral fertilizer plant in Ukraine, with the full production cycle on a single site.
Zorya Khimsyntez Research and Production Enterprise LLC is building a new mineral fertilizer plant in Ukraine. Production launch is planned for Q4 2027.
We chose the harder but sounder model: a full production cycle rather than repackaging imported material. Sulphuric acid, nitric acid, neutralisation, granulation and bagging are all located on one site — which gives consistent quality, independence from imports and a predictable cost base.
The range is deliberately limited to three products; we prefer depth of quality to breadth of assortment. Sales launch is planned for Q1 2028.
About the plant
Production: from acid to granule
Sulphuric acid + ammonia → ammonium sulphate. Ammonium nitrate + ammonium sulphate → ammonium sulphate nitrate (ASN). Ammonium nitrate + limestone or dolomite → calcium ammonium nitrate. One feedstock loop, three products.
Acid production
An on-site sulphuric acid unit and nitric acid production form the feedstock base for the whole range.
Neutralisation
Neutralising acids with ammonia and combining the nitrogen base with sulphate or carbonate components produces feedstock for all three fertilizers.
Granulation and drying
A modern granulation line produces 2–5 mm granules with consistent strength and a minimal dust fraction.
Bagging and shipment
Automated filling into big bags and sacks, palletising, and shipment by truck.

Building the shipment schedule from pre-orders and ramping phase one up to design output.

Location and logistics
The production site is in Zakarpattia region, with direct highway access and no railway siding of its own. Shipment format, schedule and route are agreed individually with each buyer.
