About the plant

Not a trader: every stage on one site

We are building a modern, fully integrated mineral fertilizer plant. Unlike traders, we do not resell third-party goods — we manufacture. Our fertilizers are produced from our own feedstock and intermediates, including sulphuric and nitric acid made on site. Every batch is tested in our own laboratory.

The production cycle combines acid production, neutralisation, granulation, packaging and laboratory quality control.

The plant is currently at the site preparation stage. Pre-orders are already open, allowing the first production batches to be shaped around real demand and deliveries to be planned before the season begins.

Three fertilizers for complete nitrogen, sulphur and calcium nutrition

Our range comprises three fertilizers supplying plants with nitrogen, sulphur and calcium. All three are produced at one site using shared parts of the feedstock and process loop, enabling quality control at every stage — from acid to finished granule.

A nitrogen-sulphur fertilizer for base application and top dressing. Sulphur in its water-soluble sulphate form is directly available for plant uptake. It is particularly effective for oilseed rape, winter wheat and brassicas, where sulphur deficiency limits the efficiency of nitrogen nutrition and may reduce yields. Sulphur deficiency is common on light and leached soils. Ammonium sulphate has a physiologically acidic effect and is therefore particularly suitable for neutral and alkaline soils. On acidic soils, its use should be combined with acidity monitoring and liming where required.

Ammonium Sulphate Nitrate (ASN)

A granular nitrogen-sulphur fertilizer based on ammonium nitrate and ammonium sulphate. It contains nitrogen in two forms: nitrate, which is readily available to plants, and ammonium, which is retained by the soil and may gradually convert to nitrate. At an adequate application rate, it supplies nitrogen and sulphur together and may reduce the need for a separate sulphur fertilizer. It can be used for the first and second top dressing of cereals and oilseed rape.

Calcium Ammonium Nitrate

N25–28%CaCO₃18–34%MgO≤6%

A high-quality granular fertilizer containing calcium and magnesium. It is a blend of ammonium nitrate and finely ground limestone or dolomite — calcium and magnesium carbonates — and an alternative to conventional ammonium nitrate. The carbonate component partly offsets the acidifying effect of nitrogen nutrition. The fertilizer is suitable for a wide range of soils, particularly acidic, acidified and solonetzic soils.
